Recipe Ingredients 1 oz Ruby Port 12 oz Stout 2 tsp Superfine Sugar 2 tsp Water 1 pinch grated Nutmeg 1 pinch ground Cinnamon Mixing Instruction Dissolve the sugar in the water in the bottom of a beer mug. Carefully pour the stout to give a half-inch head. Float the port on top. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve. |
