" Recipe Ingredients 2 oz. Brandy 1 oz. Light Rum 1 oz. Dark Rum 4 oz. Apple Juice 1/2 oz. Lime Juice (Fresh) 1 tsp. Sugar Syrup Mixing Instruction Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a chilled collins glass. Float the dark rum on top. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve. |
