" Recipe Ingredients 1 1/2 oz. White Rum 1 1/2 oz. Applejack 1 oz. Southern Comfort 1 oz. Sugar Juice of 1/2 Lime 1 oz. Bacardi 151 Proof Rum 1/2 Lime (Scooped out shell) Mixing Instruction Mix all but 151 proof and lime shell with ice to make an icy mixture. Pour into a sour glass in a heap and put the lime shell on top and fill it with the 151 proof and ignite. Watch the volcanic seen. As it melts, drink with a straw. |
