1 Egg
1/2 oz. Light Cream
2 oz. Scotch
1/8 tsp. ground Nutmeg
Mixing Instruction
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
