Recipe Ingredients Outer Peel Of Orange Outer Peel Of Lemon 4 oz. Cognac 1 Pint Black Coffee 5 Sugar Cubes 8 cloves Several cinnamon stick Mixing Instruction Place all ingredients, except cognac and coffee, in a br�lot bowl or chafing dish. Soften sugar cubes with a little water and mash them into orange and lemon peelswith a muddler. Add warmed cognac and mix well with other ingredients in bowl. Ignite and blaze for a few seconds and pour in hot coffee. Ladle into demitasse cups. |
