Recipe Ingredients 1 oz. Light Rum 1/2 cup Whipped Cream Black Coffee 1/4 tsp. Instant Coffee 2 tsp. Coconut Syrup Mixing Instruction Blend whipping cream with instant coffee until it stands up in stiff peaks. In a heat-proof cup add coconut syrup and a little coffee and stir until syrup is dissolved. Add rum and stir well while filling cup with more coffee. Top with whipped cream. |
