Champagne Pineapple Punch
Recipe Ingredients 50 cl Sauternes 30 cl Pineapple Juice 10 cl Lemon Juice 60 g Caster Sugar 200 g Pineapple chunks 75 cl Champagne Mixing Instruction Pour all ingredients (except champagne) into a large jug and mix until sugar dissolves. Chill for at least 2 hours, and pour into wine glasses until two-thirds full. Top each glass with champagne, garnish with pineapple chunks, and serve. |
