Recipe Ingredients 28.0 oz. Ginger Ale 28.0 oz. Club Soda 1 Champagne 0.25 Gin Mixing Instruction Chill all ingredients well before mixing in a chilled punch bowl. Add a large block or ring of ice (a tube pan is handy for freezing a ice ring) to keep everything cold. Serve in stem glasses (Champagne glasses are pretty for this) instead of punch cups. |
