Recipe Ingredients 3 oz. Pineapple Juice 1.5 oz. Light Rum 1 oz. Midori 1 cup Crushed Ice 1 oz. Creme de Coconut Mixing Instruction Pour all ingredients into a Blender. Blend well at High speed. Pour drink into a Collins glass and garnish with a Pineapple Slice and a Maraschino Cherry. |
