Cream Sherry Flip Drink Recipe
2 1/2 oz Cream Sherry
1 Egg
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
1 tsp Light Cream
1 tsp grated Nutmeg
Mixing Instruction
Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
