Apple Juice 1/2 oz. 151 Proof Rum 1/4 Apple (baked) Mixing Instruction Into the flaming pan of a chafing dish or saucepan, put all ingredients except rum, and heat over a low flame until apple is warmed through (do not boil). Just before serving, warm rum in a ladle over hot water, ignite, and pour blazing into pan. |
