Recipe Ingredients 2 oz Pisco 1 oz Lime Juice 1/4 oz Simple Syrup 1/2 Egg white 1 dash Angostura Bitters Mixing Instruction This is like a margarita...but with Pisco...Pisco is a traditional drink from Bolivia, Peru and Chile...It's made out off grapes. First get a bottle of Pisco (hard to get) then mix in a cocktail glass with lemon juice, white from one egg, sugar....and of course ice (1/3 of the cocktail glass).
