Recipe Ingredients 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy 1/2 oz Kummel Mixing Instruction Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass. Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon. Do the same with the cherry brandy, and then again with the kummel. Serve. |
