The Perfect Vodka Martini
Recipe Ingredients 3 oz. Stolichnaya Vodka (100 Proof) 1 1/2 oz. Vermouth 1 tsp. Olive Brine 3 Olives (Preferably Spanish olives) Mixing Instruction Put a handful of ice into a shaker and add the vermouth. Shake, pour into a martini glass, swirl and discard. Pour the vodka into the shaker and the olive brine, and shake until you can't bare the chill. Pour into the martini glass, add three small or two large Spanish olives and serve. |
