Recipe Ingredients 2 oz. Lime Juice 2 Fifths Champagne 2 Fifths White Wine 2 Fifths Red Wine 3 Tsps Grated Lime Peel 1 Quart Strawberries Mixing Instruction Combine strawberries, lime juice and peel in sauce pan. Simmer 10 min. strain and cool, then pour over block of ice in bowl. Add chilled wines just before serving. Makes 40 4 oz. servings. |
