Snowglobe Recipe Ingredients
3 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. Irish Cream
1 bottle of Cream Soda (Blue)
Mixing Instruction
Pour the curacao in a large, tall, clear decorative drinking glass filled with ice. Add some chilled blue cream soda almost to top, then, slowly add the Irish cream. Stir with swizzle stick. Once it is stirred it will look similar to a snow globe when you look at it from the side. Laurie uses Blue Nehi Soda for this particular drink, but since it is very hard to find, she says you can use any BLUE cream soda.
