Apple Strawberry Cordial
Recipe Ingredients 1 Lbs. Sugar Nutmeg Whiskey 0.5 Peck Strawberries allspice 1 Dozen Apples Mace Mixing Instruction Peel and core the apples. Simmer them in a pint of water for several minutes; add the spices and simmer twice as long. Add the Strawberries and the sugar, plus approximately five more cups of water and simmer several more minutes. Allow to sool; strain and double the amount of liquid with whiskey. Bottle for future use. |
